Terms & Disclaimer
Last updated: January 2026
These terms govern the professional relationship between ASK MFevereiro (Marta Fevereiro, sole trader, Lisbon, Portugal) and any client who engages my services. By signing a service agreement or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Services provided
I provide virtual personal assistance services focused on Portuguese government navigation — including visa application guidance, AIMA residency support, and ancillary administrative services such as NIF, NISS and SNS registration. I am not a law firm, immigration legal practice, or regulated legal services provider. The services I provide constitute practical administrative guidance only.
Fees and payment
Package and bundled services require a 50% deposit upon signing to reserve your timeline, with the remaining 50% due within 7 days of final document submission. À la carte and one-off services are payable in full upon completion. Late payments are subject to 1.5% monthly interest after 30 days overdue. VAT is applied at the rate in force where legally required. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Wise, card, MBWay.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before any work has begun, a full refund is issued. If work is already underway, time spent is billed at €45 per hour and any third-party fees already incurred are deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance is refunded promptly. Refund requests must be made in writing to ask.mfevereiro@gmail.com.
Scope and limitations
Each service package has a defined scope described in the service agreement. Work outside that scope — including unexpected government document requests, visa appeals, or additional administrative tasks — is billed separately under Extension Support (€200/month) or at the hourly rate (€45/hour). Government fees (visa fees, VFS, AIMA) are not included in any package and are payable directly by the client.
Disclaimer of liability
I provide guidance and document support only. All government decisions — including visa approvals, rejections, AIMA residency determinations and any related administrative outcomes — rest solely with the relevant Portuguese authority. I make no guarantee of approval. My liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question.

Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR obligations. By engaging my services you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available at this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of my services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
